Make up to 250ml with water

Elution buffer: 50mM Tris pH 8.0, 500mM NaCl, 500mM Imidazole
to make 1L:
29.22g NaCl
34.04g Imidazole
50mL 1M Tris pH 8.0
Make up to 1L with water

GENERAL REFERENCE

GdnHCl         MW = 95.5 (To redisolve, add ~1g GdnHCl per 1ml solution to yield 6M GdnHCl)
NaCl           MW = 58.44
Sodium citrate MW = 294.1
