SETOR is licensed to run on the following SGI machines:
- fermat
- harker
- pauling
- angstrom
VERY SHORT TUTORIAL
To run SETOR on any of these SGI, just type setor at the UNIX prompt and using the right button on the mouse, pull down the apropriate menu to read a PDB file; select with the middle button, then find the secondary structure menu and select again, and finally render.
