RasMol is a molecular graphics program intended for the visualisation of proteins, nucleic acids and small molecules.

Rasmol is installed on all the DEC-UNIX computers. The program runs on any X Window display. To invoke RasMol, type rasmol and the name of a PDB file:

rasmol my134.pdb

The program also runs on PC (Windows) and on MACs.
