NIST LATTICE is a program to analyze lattice relationships. The program performs several functions including:

• The determination of symmetry, and the evaluation of experimental error, through Converse-Transformation.

• The generation of transformation matrices relating any two unit cells.

• The calculation of a reduced cell of the lattice, and the calculation and reduction of specified derivative supercells and/or subcells.

• Unit cell transformations.

• Matrix Inversions.

To use NIST LATTICE on the DEC-ALPHAs you need to add the following line to your .login file:
