LINPACK is a standard linear algebra package. LINPACK includes routines for:

• Matrix factorization: Gauss, Cholesky, QR, Singular Value
• Vector Operations: Copy , Add, scalar multiple, interchange, dot product, maximun entry, 2-norm
• Storage Modes: full, banded, symmetric
