The Structure Group mantains the Wisconsin Sequence Analysis Package and the update of the sequence libraries.

To use the GCG package add the following line in your .login file:

source /vinci1/software/gcg/10.2/gcgstartup

To invoke the package type gcg at the UNIX prompt.
