By integrating computatinal linkages between functionally related proteins and coregulation data, combined or hybrid
networks of portein interaction can be constructed. If two proteins are computationally linked and are regulated under the same experimental conditions or
by the same transcription factor, the computational link has a stronger reliability.
By combining experimental data and computational data, an extended network of protein interaction can be constructed.
